PAYMENT METHODS

 

The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed.

Payment methods accepted are:

  • PayPal - With a PayPal account, you can make payments securely with your credit card.

  • Bank Transfers - We accept bank transfers to: MAYBANK 564-128-632-485 (AB PRODUCTIONS SHD. BHD.). Once payment is made, please email transfer slip to sales@aliabastamam.com. Please note that your order will be held for ONE hour to allow for payment confirmation. If there is no payment confirmation after the hour, your purchase will be cancelled.

 

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, returns and refunds can be made within 10 days upon receiving your item/s.

Returned item/s must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached. Upon receipt of returned item/s, we reserve the right to deny return/refund if the items do not meet the policy requirements.

Any item/s we receive that are worn, stained, washed, altered and without tags can be returned back to you if you wish and at your own cost.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 working days upon receiving your item/s.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender.

EXCHANGES

 

We offer exchanges for sizes of the same design.

If your size is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders, but we will offer store credit.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

Our products go through strict quality control. If there are any defects, we will exchange the defective item for a new one.
