Exchange item/s must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached. Upon receipt of returned item/s, we reserve the right to deny exchange/refund if the items do not meet the policy requirements.

​Any item/s we receive that are worn, stained, washed, altered and without tags can be sent back to the sender at the sender’s own cost.

​Please note that exchanges will only be accepted if they are made within 7 days of receiving your item.

​Refunds will be made with the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days upon receiving item/s. Instructions will be provided once exchange/return item/s is/are received.
